Embedded Systems Engineer
Acuity
presently has an opening for an embedded systems engineer
with experience in software development using PIC microcontrollers.
Projects in which you will be involved include a time-of-flight
laser rangefinder control system with ethernet interface,
a power management and battery charging system for a gas/electric
hybrid propulsion unmanned air vehicle, and a servo controller
with CANBus interface.
Requirements
Candidates
should have experience with several of:
PIC programming in C and assembler.
Microcontroller based circuits and board bring-up.
UDP, TCP-IP communications.
CANBus communications.
Schematic and PCB layout tools.
High reliability aerospace grade system developent.
Control system theory and implementation.
Visual C/C++ and Matlab development and algorithm
prototyping.
A
Bachelor's or Master's in EE, CS, or a related discipline
and US citizenship or permanent residency
